Easy peasy pink fudge

TIME TAKEN: 40mins

I love this recipe! It's so simple and quick! Getting those flipping hundreds and thousands to stick on however is a bitch! Also it's quite a sweet fudge so I urge you to cut it in small chunks for people to eat! Not like how I made it in those balls!


·         350g icing sugar
·         75g butter
·         4 teaspoons of milk (and a little extra as the mixture might turn out to be quite dry)
·         1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
·         75g marshmallows
·         Some red food colouring


1.     Put the butter, milk, vanilla essence and marshmallows (cut into small pieces -makes them melt faster)
2.       Gently heat the pan and make sure everything is melted together.
3.       Pour the mixture into the sieved icing sugar and mix together using hands... If the mixture is too wet add another tablespoonful of milk.
4.       It should turn into a doughy mixture - with the consistency of play dough... Sounds odd but you shall get it when you make it!
5.       Now the best way to cut out this mixture is to roll it out.
6.       Once you have rolled it out sprinkle some of the hundreds and thousands on the top and press them down (use the rolling pin to do this) and use cutters or a knife to cut out shapes.
